1-Taylor Swift’s Natural Hair
There has been much debate about the nature of Taylor Swift’s natural hair. There is no doubt that she’s blonde but whether Taylor Swift’s natural hair is straight or curly seems to be another matter entirely. Even hair professionals disagree on whether Swift is naturally straight or curly. She has been seen boarding a plane in a French braid with no make-up, however, most believe that her hair looks best with its famous ringlets. Swift is the first country star to be famous for and popularizing the style within the population of the country music scene.
2-Vogue Magazine’s Pointers on Taylor Swift Natural Hair
Vogue magazine argued that Swift “shouldn’t wear straight hair” on some of the following grounds: it goes against her natural texture and gives a rather frizzy, thin and flat appearance; it’s disappointing to her fans; it’s her signature style; it makes her look aged and Vogue even went as far as to claim that she’s sending the wrong message to young people about embracing their natural hair textures. And then at the bottom of the article, Vogue stated that the final decision should be Swift’s since it’s “her hair and she probably likes to change it up from time to time”. It seems as if Vogue got a little over-opinionated about Swift’s hair after she posed for them for the February 2012 issue with her hair straight and in a cowgirl hat. source: http://www.hairboutique.com/blogs_p/index.php/2013/06/17/10-reasons-taylor-swift-wear-straight-hair/

Taylor Swift’s natural hair is alleged to be curly (or wavy) and Swift herself has supposedly stated that she primps it to make her curls into even more put-together ringlets. Swift also has the right face-very moon-like with a heart-shaped chin-to make coiled ringlets look natural. Another thing that can be said about Taylor Swift’s natural hair, without a doubt, is that it is also very fine and thick, which are both ideals for making primped ringlets. Swift’s signature ringlets along with rightly applied make-up (especially bright red lipstick) also give off an angelic appearance. Swift’s nationality is mostly European with much of it connecting to the British Isles and also with some German on both sides. Her blonde hair is likely connected to her German genes as roughly 30% of the German population is blonde or has very light-colored hair (source: thepora.net).
4-Swift’s Beauty Answers on Daily Beauty Reporter with Allure Magazine
On June 23, 2011, Swift answered a few beauty questions from a few of her fans. One who also had curly hair asked her how she kept her ringlets in place and if she used any products. Swift claimed that she has both good and bad hair days. She claimed that on the days in which she wakes up with a bad hair day, she simply wraps her curls around a curling iron and that she doesn’t use any products because she’s afraid of “crunching” the curls.
